What We Found
In September we checked how 31 local businesses in Salt Lake and Utah County take bookings.
23 of 31
had no online booking on their own website. Booking takes a phone call or a request form.
9 of 31
could only be booked by calling, as far as ChatGPT could tell us.
12 of 31
never came up when we asked ChatGPT for a recommendation in their city.
